⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had a decking and enclosed sunroom installed at our home by Sam Outdoor Living (see photos). From the quoting process through to installation and after-sales service, Jimmy was fantastic in arranging everything. The price was very competitive, and the craftsmanship is excellent. There were a few minor touch-ups needed after installation, but that was understandable given Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. The installation team was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the job, which made the whole process stress-free. We also really appreciated the flexible payment option with Humm. Many companies insist on upfront cash payments, but having this flexibility suited our budget perfectly. We’re already planning to contact Jimmy again in the near future to complete our decking and sunroom with a pergola. Thank you, Jimmy, and well done to you and your team!

We engaged Sam Outdoor Living after getting a couple of quotes for a pergola. Timber pergolas were coming in at double the price of what Sam Outdoor Living quoted. I met with AJ and he was super transparent, and amazingly helpful along the way and we decided to commit to them. The turnaround time from materials being order to completion was very efficient which is testament to how well these guys operate. When they arrived, the workers worked fast and were very knowledgeable about everything and best practices for the structure of the home. Best of all, everything was overlooked by AJ to ensure everything was done to the highest spec. I’ve just read the companies only 1 star review and they must of been talking about a different AJ because the one we dealt with was an absolute pleasure. Family and friends are so impressed by our new pergola and I would recommend Sam Outdoor Living to anybody. Thanks a lot team, we are all set for summer!

Sam Outdoor Living designed and built my pergola. We always wanted to cover this 17sqm space but we were always worried about how it would affect lighting inside the house. James visited and designed the pergola for maximum lighting without compromising shading and a robust outdoor space for us to use all year round.The materials used were robust and the craftsmanship was on point. The roof of the pergola was raised up to allow for even more airflow and gaps were covered for insulation. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Sam Outdoor Living.
