Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period
This promotion ("Promotion") runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period"). To qualify, a customer must sign a contract and pay any required deposit within the Promotion Period. Enquiries or quotes issued during the Promotion Period but not converted to a signed contract by 31 August 2026 are not eligible.

2. Eligible products
The Promotion applies to new orders for insulated verandahs, pergolas, decking, and patios ("Eligible Products"). It does not apply to repairs, maintenance, minor modifications, spare parts, or previously quoted or contracted work.

3. The offer
Eligible customers who book during the Promotion Period receive:

Price lock. The quoted contract price for the Eligible Product is locked and will not be increased due to subsequent changes in material or labour costs, provided the project scope and specifications remain unchanged. Price lock does not apply to variations, additional works, or changes requested by the customer after signing.

Free lighting package (downlights). A complimentary downlight package is included with every eligible project, regardless of project value.

Priority design appointment. Every eligible customer receives priority scheduling for their design consultation, regardless of project value. Priority scheduling is subject to designer availability and does not guarantee a specific appointment date or project completion date.

Free fan allowance. A complimentary ceiling fan allowance is included on eligible projects valued over $10,000, as follows:

• Projects valued over $10,000 (incl. GST): 1 free fan
• Projects valued over $20,000 (incl. GST): 2 free fans
• Maximum of 2 free fans per project

Projects valued at $10,000 or less do not qualify for the free fan allowance. The fan allowance covers standard fan models supplied by Sam Outdoor Living; upgrades to premium models may incur additional cost.

4. Project value
Project value is determined by the total contract price of the Eligible Product (including GST) as stated in the signed contract, before the application of any promotional inclusions. Multiple separate contracts cannot be combined to reach a higher value tier.

5. General conditions
The inclusions above (lighting package, fans, priority design appointment, and price lock) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated by Sam Outdoor Living. All work remains subject to Sam Outdoor Living's standard terms of trade, site inspection, council or building approvals where applicable, and final measurement.

6. Amendments
Sam Outdoor Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Sam Outdoor Living is final.
