Jay was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. When he came out to take measurements, he took the time to clearly explain the patio quote and ensured I understood all the details. He was always available to answer any questions I had and showed great patience in walking me through everything.
What really stood out was his commitment to customer service , even after the project was completed, he followed up to check if I was satisfied. He also personally came back to my place for a further inspection, which I really appreciated.

Sam Outdoor Living did an amazing job transforming our backyard. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They tailored everything for us — from organising the building permit drawings and drafts to the final build. There was an unexpected challenge when some of the delivered materials were removed/stolen,which was stressful at the time, but the team handled it professionally and still managed to complete the project and deliver a beautiful result.
