In October 2024, Sam Outdoor Living was approached by a client in VIC 3977 to transform their outdoor area into a stylish, functional space for year-round enjoyment. The client wanted a durable and aesthetic solution that could serve as a relaxing retreat and a space for entertaining. Key to their vision was the incorporation of modern features and weather-resistant materials to ensure comfort and longevity.

Solution

Sam Outdoor Living proposed a customized design featuring a Colorbond pergola paired with an insulated patio roof in the sleek color Monument. The project included two distinct sections, with a sliding door to convert the pergola into a versatile sunroom when needed. Built with 100% aluminum, the structure is durable and low-maintenance, perfect for all-weather conditions.

To enhance functionality and ambiance, LED lights, downlights, and a spotlight were added. A diamond gutter and integrated drainage system were installed to ensure proper water management, maintaining the modern aesthetic while adding practicality.
