A homeowner in Truganina approached Sam Outdoor Living in January 2025 with a vision to transform their outdoor space into a stylish and functional retreat. Solution

Sam Outdoor Living designed and installed a custom 3.7m x 5.5m Cooldek® patio, carefully selecting materials to ensure durability and visual appeal. The structure featured Cooldek® 50mm insulated panels for excellent thermal control, an Ez-glaze roof section for additional light without compromising protection, and sturdy aluminum posts and beams for structural integrity. Integrated lighting, including four downlights and a spotlight, enhanced the ambiance, making the space functional day and night.

Results

Since completion, the new outdoor space has become a favorite spot for the homeowners. The insulated Cooldek® panels regulate temperature, keeping the area comfortable in both summer and winter, while the Ez-glaze section allows natural light to filter through without excessive heat. The combination of premium materials from Stratco and Palram ensures low maintenance and long-lasting performance.
