In May 2025, Sam Outdoor Living received a request in Kalkallo, VIC, 3064 to transform the client's outdoor area into a stylish, functional space for year-round use. The client envisioned a durable and aesthetic solution for entertaining and relaxation total size of 33 meters square.

Sam Outdoor Living proposed a customized (8x4.2) flat Cooldek® patio designed with durable, low-maintenance materials. Key components included high-quality various materials from Stratco, tailored to withstand various weather conditions and maintain a modern look.
