In May 2025, Sam Outdoor Living received a request in Epping, VIC, 3076 to transform the client's outdoor area into a stylish, functional space for year-round use. The client envisioned a durable and aesthetic solution for entertaining and relaxation total size of 48 meters square.

Sam Outdoor Living proposed a customized (9.1x5.2) gable Colorbond® patio designed with durable, low-maintenance materials. Key components included high-quality various materials from Stratco, Palram, tailored to withstand various weather conditions and maintain a modern look.
