Subcontractor Installer — Outdoor Living Construction

Sam Outdoor Living is looking for experienced subcontractor installers to join our growing installation team across Melbourne. We specialise in building high-quality carports, verandahs, pergolas and decks, and we’re looking for skilled tradespeople who can deliver a professional finish from start to completion.

What you'll be working on:

• Carports, verandahs and pergolas

• Timber and composite decking

• Insulated roofing systems

• Colorbond roofing

• Flatdek roofing

• General outdoor construction and finishing works

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in outdoor construction and installation

• Ability to read plans and work independently

• High-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Reliable and professional approach

• Your own vehicle and tools

• Valid White Card

• Appropriate ABN and subcontractor setup

• Ability to complete projects within agreed timeframes

Payment:

• Paid per project — 20% of the project value

• Regular project opportunities as our business continues to grow

• Work available across Melbourne and surrounding areas
